I'm on season 15, the last season I'll be able to watch on Netflix, and it's true. Not a single shot shows Abby and Gibbs together.
I knew about the dog bite, and I heard other cast members complained about Harmon's dog as well. But if I recall correctly, there was also a sexual harassment issue against him. I recall hearing that from years ago (in addition to the dog).
