The ending of the last episode of X-Files season 10 was clumsily written out of continuity, another "it was only a dream" thing.
The mythology episodes of the revival make the Super Soldier arc of season 8 and 9 brilliant... I still can't believe that Chris Carter thought retconning the mythology was a good idea.
