Liverpool. Celtic are going to finish 2nd in their league and they've been The Hunted for 9 years. Eventually runs end.
Liverpool's first title in 30 years is followed up by at least 9 losses. might miss a European spot, not just Champion's League but Europa League. They are only provisionally 7th. Tottenham are less than a game back with 2 in hand, same with Villa. The Gunners have a game in hand and are only 5 points back. Of the teams ahead of them, the Hammers and The Toffees have two in hand and Chelsea one. They're a long way off catching the clubs ahead of them, and will likely be behind the two clubs behind them once they've played 28 games. That's a disaster.
