He's not cis. Not sure if he's gay, bisexual, pansexual, or what not, but he has dated dudes. No, I'm not one of the dudes he's dated, and no I don't want to go into too much detail on why I know this, but it's a poorly kept "Hollywood" secret that nobody exposes because Keanu is a very likeable and affable guy, he likes to keep to himself even as a celebrity, and it's not something he wants to reveal.

I only mention it because it would only make him more liked as tolerance has increased, whereas before it could have jeopardized his career. I also don't expect anybody to believe me so it's not going to hurt him.
