I thought "cis" referred to gender, not sexuality? Eh? No, it refers to both in this case. You'd prefer straight? Like I said, I wasn't sure. I would have thought "he's not hetero(sexual)" would mean the same thing and be less ambiguous. I assume you're only making claims about his sexuality, not his gender. He is cis-gender (was born and identifies as male)
