Eh? No, it refers to both in this case. You'd prefer straight? Like I said, I wasn't sure. I would have thought "he's not hetero(sexual)" would mean the same thing and be less ambiguous. I assume you're only making claims about his sexuality, not his gender. He is cis-gender (was born and identifies as male) A fair point, then. I am making the claim that he is not cisgender or straight. That doesn't mean he's transgender, either, but he's also not locked into a role. Let's say open-minded but also career-minded.
