I'm nearly certain they have no interest in Andrew Garfield ever doing anything.

And I'm also fairly confident that Spiderman will have nothing to do with Venom outside of perhaps a quick explanation of who the character is. Nothing that would require a known actor for the part, and maybe no actor at all.
