When we were growing up, we were poor, I didn't know it, but that's what we grew up eating, we got the tub margarine, actual margarine, not the 60-80% oil stuff...actually the way you can pick a good tub variety is it doesn't SAY how much percent oil is in it. And those are damn hard to come by anymore. We use butter in everything now, but tub margarine makes the best hot air popped popcorn, I combine it with real butter and melt them together. Sometimes I also use it if my baked potatoes are still dry after sucking up all the butter.
