Do you like movies even if they don't make sense to you?

I do, depending on the movie and depending on how much of it doesn't make sense to me.

Movies can not make sense and still have powerful themes, plot elements and other aspects that make me like the movie and the more those impact me the first time the more likely I am to watch the movie more times in order to see if it makes more sense the second, third etc. times I watch it. 

Also, are there movies where you read about them and you still can't connect the dots?

I think a lot of people just like to trash movies that don't make sense to them, because it makes them feel stupid. I think we all need to get over this and just accept that levels of understanding differ from person to person.

Being John Malkovich, being in part about ego and being hard for me to follow in some areas made me curious to other people's perspective on this. 

There is a great scene were John Malkovich goes into his own portal and it ends up being a terrifying solipsistic nightmare.
