I confess that I don't often watch the late night shows, petrolino, so I can't really comment on the Meyers/Close connection other than to say that I trust your judgement about it. But I think she's enormously impressive. A great actress and an exemplary person who's done a lot of good in the world. You can't ask for more than that. Meyers obviously has very good taste.
EDIT: petrolino , Glenn Close received her 8th Oscar nomination this morning for Hillbilly Elegy!! Maybe she'll win at last!!! It's way overdue.
