what's everyone cooking up for st. patty's day?

I'm taking my mom to an Irish pub for lunch, hoping my bestie can go so we make a girl's lunch out of it. My mom and I are vegetarians, so potatoes and cabbage in some form, lol. I'd love some bread pudding.
