It is one of those movies for me, that no matter, if I spot it as I'm flipping channels- I stop and watch it. We all have a mental list of those movies, and this is at the top of mine. There's something undeniably fun about the movie. Plus, Williams and Lane are at the top of their game, their shared chemistry is off the charts, their son actually kept up pretty well (either Williams or Lane can act many of their costars from their careers, off the screen) to them, the surrounding cast (from Hackman to the sound mixing guy at the club) are really good, they have some excellent character actors in the mix, the music is perfect, and overall it is just fun.
