I rarely eat Blue or Green colored baked goods... When bread gets moldy, it usually takes on a Blue or Green color...
I know that most freshly baked goods that are dyed or have colored frosting on them, are perfectly safe to eat, and usually taste fantastic... But you never know, since baked goods have such a short shelf life...
IF, I can get BLUE ones for Fourth Of July or Indianapolis Colts games, or GREEN ones for St. Patrick's Day, and can eat them right away, I may buy some, but otherwise? No...
I just prefer to avoid anything that is Blue or Green...
And I am very careful to check the expiration date when buying Blue Berry Muffins.
