The TV version of the story with Patrick Swayze was actually pretty good in my opinion, it also has Alison Doody from Last Crusade fame in it.

Chamberlain said they planned a third movie featuring him and Quatemain’s daughter fighting Chinese villains in the Congo(?) but one of the Cannon guys died before it happened.
