Which sci-fi movies do you think most likely to become real?

The Omega Man is fairly plausible. Biological warfare kills most of the population. Military has an experimental vaccine that doesn't make it to production but one scientist has access to it and it works. Some of the population is semi-immune (young people especially) to the biologic agent while others don't die but are affected in a negative way.

I would probably do most of the same things Heston did in the film. Watch a lot of movies, collect art and weapons, drive nice cars, reinforce a nice defendable town house and roam the city killing or trying to cure the folks that survived but "mutated".
