Which sci-fi movies do you think most likely to become real?

Of all these sci-fi movies, which ones (pick up to 8) do you believe could possibly be most likely to occur?

My suggestion is make half your picks for most believable event or plot, and the other half for what you believe would most likely result with the characters. But pick whichever you want. I'm not sure what I would pick.
