Although Hollywood is such a cesspool of degenerates and assholes that I feel like you have to be looking the other way on some things to zero in on Gunn. At least he's just trolling, which is more than I can say for someone like Spacey or anyone who was pals with Epstein.

I personally love offensive humor, though there are limits and sometimes Family Guy and American Dad go a bit too far. If I had AIDS I would still laugh at the James Gunn AIDS comment.

For me humor makes the horrible aspects of life more tolerable and also can draw attention to stuff. The more offensive the humor, the more cathartic it can be.

I agree, to an extent. But I think I was just triggered working with kids who had been sexually abused and women who have been raped.
