Do you ever not do this when eating out, or in fast food?

I didn't used to, but when I discovered the "secret menus" at In N Out and Starbucks, it's the only way I order at those places. In general I'll get my fast food burgers with lettuce wrap instead of bun. At Taco Bell, I'll get the burritos grilled and remove beans.

I guess I'm sorry it might annoy the worker, but these changes are offered or implied so I figure it's all part of the job.
