Not overrated, definitely not "massively". Although the amount of online chatter that speaks of TDKR as a bad film with the endless "plot-holes" talk makes me think it is very much under-appreciated. 87% fresh on rotten tomatoes, 78 metacritic score and 8.4 IMDb score, I always find the bad reception elsewhere puzzling. It's like a "cup is half-empty" instead of "cup is half-full" sentiment with that film.
