I've been getting more into dark roasts lately, after being a strictly medium roast for the past decade. I'm finding the dark roast to have a smoother finish and frankly, I don't need the extra caffeine anyway so the longer roasting process is fine by me. is City of Saints Coffee Roasters in brooklyn any good? on the way next:  Can’t say I have had them, I stick predominantly to the local roaster in town.
