Jackie Earle Haley? Seth Green? Breckin Meyer? Johnny Galecki? Josh Hutcherson? Not a lot of short actors I can think of, they could go with an unknown, or someone who isn't white. Zac Efron or Dave Franco are short-ish I actually think Zac Efron would make a decent Wolverine, though my personal choice would still be Jon Bernthal.
