Sorry, forgot to reply to this. Yeah I mean Cap's team from Civil War. I dont see why she still wouldnt be pardoned. Oh you guys let's just forget about Sharon. I dont think Cap would do that

I guess that Cap was a fugitive subsequent to Cap 3 and thought it best for her if he didn’t contact her.

Then Cap fought Thanos and was preoccupied. But after that, before Cap decided to go AWOL (or gayWOL) during a vital mission, he could have sought a pardon for Sharon but he seems to have forgotten about her.
