I was waiting for this to be brought up. The moral vs the ethical argument, as well as simply what is legal (ie: a birth date).

Morals and ethics are essentially the same thing, and I'm not sure I would call a birth date "legal." Try morality vs legality.

If you aren't sure if your post is going to violate the ToS, just don't post it.
