And the reason there is no history of whiteface among African American entertainers is because the first black person to be caught in whiteface would have wound up in deadface.
I suppose childish mockery is a form of satire. 
And the last time I checked the Wayans Brothers are still alive. Point being, we don't live in the world of Jim Crow anymore.
