Personally I would have to say no. 18 is too young for me even though they are legally an adult 'cause that is a 20 + year age difference and while I do have crushes on a lot of celebrities younger than me I prefer being with somebody older around my own age. With the question at hand though I have heard of Teachers still getting fired for dating students that are over 18 'cause it goes against the rules so you could be putting your job on the line.
