Which is what Sam is trying to do. Do you think he's trying to invite her to join the Avengers? He was trying to get her to come in peacefully, Walker ruined any chance of that ever happening now. Why would you think that? She has killed scores of people It was sarcasm, he's definitely not recruiting her.
