Again such low effort and stupid, why would he need to call them if he is turning them in ASAP, that means they never leave the building so there is no need to call anyone else, like I said why do you even bother with such low effort useless crap? Put some effort into the bullshit, atleast then it maybe entertaining, as it is it's just pointlessly stupid. Rhodey is more powerful than Bucky and Ross has the army at his disposal. As it is, Karli is still on the run, because Sam and Bucky were too weak to contain her. Doesn't even address my point, if Sam turned Bucky in as soon as he saw Zemo, therby also turning in Zemo why prey tell would he need to get Rhodey or Ross's help? Also really rely on Ross? that guy is like 0 for 1000, how he has a job is ridiculous and he's constantly been made to look like a putz so why would Sam, and intelligent and actually competent person turn to that glory hog grand standing moron for help?
