According to census data from 2016, 14.4% of this electoral district know a Slavic language. There are a lot of Russian immigrants in the town where I grew up, mostly Jewish. I've known Russian speakers since high school, but it wasn't until I came across this stupid rap video and the cute boys in it that I decided to learn the language. Wish I had started earlier!
