Yeah the agenda is irritating. Find it hard to believe Falcon buys into it. Sure he can have doubts but the race issue was forced as a way to question himself

Im thinking she possibly could be the power broker. Interesting to see how Zemo will be affected by her. I wonder if he knows whether she exists or not
