I'll agree with Anthony Perkins and I pick Boris Karloff as Jigsaw and Tony Curtis as Dr. Lawrence Gordon.
Funny I actually thought about putting Tony Curtis as Dr. Gordon.
I know Karloff was too old at the time, but he is such a perfect fit that I am going to ignore his age. I think Jigsaw's motive can fit any age anyway.
