I’ll say this though, the one highlight from the Oscars that year was seeing Into the Spider-Verse win Best Animated Feature. I dislike that movie tbh. Just complete indifference to it. I was thoroughly enjoying it, but then it lost me when it brought in the pig and the manga girl. It just tipped into silliness.
