So your concern now is if a white character doesn't have superpowers he is represented as having character flaws, Whereas a Black and Asian character are being shown as non-powered and flawless as part of a political agenda - despite the fact that Black Panther DOES have superpowers and you know absolutely nothing about Shang-chi other than his race. From 1940s to the 2000s Bucky had no powers. After the experiments he became Winter Soldier. That has been since the mid 2000s
