Meaning the non-white "action man" will be more successful without needing science or help--i.e. Captain America gets saved by Bucky----let's put it this way--you won't see a Fat Black Panther or Fat Shang-Chi.
They won't pull that stunt with one of those characters.
Thor didn't need any help and he was as white as you could get. Also Black Panther still needs wakanda tech.
