Yeah, I am 37 and most of what I was interested in when I was 10-13 was action movies and horror movies.

Maybe once I finish up my Tony Scott binge I'll watch all of Speed.

I like Speed significantly more than all of Tony Scott's movies, except True Romance btw.

Have you at least seen True Lies?

I'd say The Dark Knight is more comparable to Terminator 2: Judgment Day in terms of impact and popularity than Speed.
