Oh, how well I remember that bee-yotch! I don't know which I hated more, her sanctimonious attitude or her nasal voice. And yes, she did deserve more than a pie in the face...but if anybody had tried doing something more forceful--such that would cause serious injury--that person would have been jailed. Too bad...
