I thought you would know the Eagles 'cause they were a very successful band and the other three aren't really as well known but had a number of hits out in the 70s and 80s and I love Bread's song, 'Make It With You' and I think that was one of the most underrated love songs of the 70s and there was one other band I forgot to mention which I will post below that were more of a One Hit Wonder so you probably aren't familiar with their name but their song, 'Beach Baby' was really good and sounds very similar to the Beach Boys. With America if you have I Tunes and don't mind getting some albums digitally there is an album called ' 50th Anniversary: The Collection' which has 50 songs on it and includes a lot of their biggest hits but You Tube is a good way to listen to them and I will share some more Australian music videos with you next time but I'm not feeling too well at the moment so I will leave it until I have more time.
Two very soothing and upbeat tunes, you posted there. Again, never heard, until now. But still feels very comforting and strangely familiar. I guess my 70s music "knowledge", has its limits. Ohh. I know heaps of Artists and Bands from the 70s and even though I wasn't born until the following decade I grew up listening to a lot of 70s music and think it was one of the best decades for music and the 70s, 80s and 90s are the three decades I listen to the most and we have tons of albums from Artists and Bands released in those decades but I like some Artists and Bands from the 50s, 60s, 00s and now too and I will listen to Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr, Dolly Parton, Johnny Cash, Dean Martin, Tammy Wynette, Willie Nelson, The Beatles, The Beach Boys, The Byrds, The Turtles, The Zombies and The Monkees through to Jorn, Edguy, Seven Spires, Kamelot, The Poodles, Crazy Lixx and the Murder of My Sweet .
