It doesn't bother me, but if were being honest here no movie studio or theater chain could ever get away with hosting an male only viewing of a movie. It's blatant sexism disguised as "empowerment". Christ, even strip clubs don't operate prohibited women from entering. That's a pretty common scenario in today's world. There are pretty much no establishments that can enforce a male only clientele but there are numerous female-only gyms, female-only spas, female-only martial art schools, ladies' nights in bars, female-only sections in the train/bus, etc... |
