biggest laughingstock teams within the four major sports?

From what I gather, the Knicks are decent right now, but it's gotta be the Knicks for the NBA. They have been AWFUL pretty much for my entire life, other than an odd little playoff run here and there. Terrible drafts, awful free agent signings, organizational chaos from its asshole owner to incompetent front office personnel, they are a joke.
