Goodbye IMDb 2 Boards. You're Great.

I just wanted to say goodbye to the Boards. I frequented the 'General Discussion', 'Film General' and 'Sports' Board the most. 

I started off in 2012 on the IMDb boards to talk about the upcoming "Man of Steel" film because I was obsessed with Superman. It got in many talks about "what could this film be"? It evolved into defending "Man of Steel" from haters, trolls and MCU zealots. Then on to the "Batman v Superman" board and so on.

I also fell in love with talking about movies on "Film General" and also visiting boards specific to certain films. 

As we all know, IMDb shut down their boards. This was my new home. I didn't care for the other boards that tried to emulate IMDb. This is the best. 

I am moving on with my life. I appreciate all of your kind words about my progress as a painter, and health (weight loss) etc... As well as the amazing talks about film. 

This Friday, I will officially shut down this account. 

I need this for me. Good luck to all of those who I have talked to over the years. There have been some amazing people on this nearly 10 year journey. 

Thank you to everyone who have influenced me. This place helped me through some dark times in my life honestly. 

Goodbye, good luck. I wish everyone a happy and healthy life. Even the ones who don't like me. It's okay. Not everyone is going to agree with you. I don't hate anyone here. Maybe we just didn't mesh. And that's okay.
