I am sensing the same comparing the 2 teams in NY. The Nets just waits for the star players to make the play. The Knicks has a lot more team work, and exciting ball passing. I attribute that style to the coach. Thibodeau's Bulls played very similar.
Thibs has got D. Rose with him again too 
D. Rose is a great story (besides the gang rape situation)
Once one of the greatest in the league - horrible injuries - everybody thought he was done - for years and years he's managed to hold on and still be a very valuable contributor
