Read a rumor a couple of weeks back involving Lowry
Instead of him just walking Free Agency (probably to Miami) - rumors were swirling there could be a 'Sign and Trade'
At least you'd get something for him
Unless the plan is to try and re-ink him; I thought it was a foregone conclusion he was gone though and moving on
I just don't comprehend letting him walk for nothing which is why I was shocked he wasn't dealt at the deadline.....
Could have gotten a nice little package at the deadline
Now they've missed the playoffs, and he walks and they get nothing, unless that sign and trade is actually happening, or he rots on the bench in Toronto signing a new contract retiring there (I thought they were going to turn the page)
I don't get it - those packages at the deadline made the most sense to me 
His preferred destination was Miami. If he just walks after this year I'd be ticked if I was a Raptors fan after you could have gotten assets at the deadline.
