The A isn't next to any of them.  Did he just forget to try to type it?  So he hit the letter next to the letter he meant 3 times, skipped a letter, and then go the last one right again.  WOWZAS.

Here's the breakdown.  He hit an E to the left of the R, and F to the left of the G.  So I'd say he misaligned his hand except he hit and F to the bottom right of the first E to begin with.  So his hand slipped to the bottom right and he overcorrected to the left for the second two misses?
