Fergus, Queen Elizabeth's new 5 month old dorgi puppy, cause of death not announced at this time. Queen is reported to be devastated. a dorgi is a cross between a dachshund and a corgi. Very sad, as the little one must have provided her with some consolation following Phillip's death. It does seem that for Elizabeth, whenever it does rain, it pours...being Queen can't completely protect her from that. Never had heard of a dorgi--I'd bet they're button-cute, but unfortunately it seems as if some of these crossbreeds are prone to genetics issues, so I wonder if that might have been a factor in the dog's death.
