I would clarify as the US is a top country for medical care, meaning that outside of a few specialized circumstances, nobody leaves the US for medical care, whereas they do come to the US for medical care.
I honestly haven't done any serious research on it, but I'm not sure a simple ranking really says much. It's really easy to say you're out of the top 10 and make it sound bad, but if the care is still effectively equal then the actual difference between the two is negligible, which is all that really matters.
That being said I'm always for improvement.
But you do realize that we are living in that time when Lex Luthor was elected president right? Except our Luthor is his grandfather that just learned about Twitter and tweets everything. Everything...
