I don't know if Batista means what I mean, but yes, he's absolutely right. Did you all know that Drax main storyline is that he's the guy that was destined to kill Thanos? And that he was supposed to be a highly super powered being on the level of being able to do direct combat with Thanos? Instead he got his ass kicked by Ronan?!

Probably didn't know that. And now you never will. Because the buffoonish comic relief character he's become has even taken in the comics!

Which is okay. I like MCU Drax as he is, just fine. He's fun as a character, and I like Batista. But he could/should have have been so much more.
