I don't make it but I love Spanakopita. I lived in Greece for a while in the mid 70"s (involved a man) and I came to love a lot of Greek food, I just never cared for the pastries. When I lived in the Chicago area, there were a lot of excellent Greek restaurants - now that I live in the Deep South (Alabama) I can't find any decent ethnic food.
