It's new to me, but thanks for the tip. I'll appeal to the "Google gods," for the recipe. It is easy and divinely delicious, especially now that you can purchase frozen Filo pastry and pre shredded cheese and spray oliveoil. I always make it with what we call 'spinach' here which is actually 'silverbeet' ( some people call it Swsiss Chard) because it has more body and texture and fibre. Frozen spinach works however you have to put a little flour in the mixture as it can be sloppy. We also grow it easily here. It is one of those easy dishes that you just 'assemble' and shove in the oven for a great result.
