Less than a dozen:
To England and back in 1976 (I was 1 year old, so I don't remember it)
Same in 1979 (4 years old - don't remember it)
Same in 1984 (9 years old - I do remember the plane rides there and back, and I remember a good chunk of the trip)
Had to take a plane home for Christmas a few times in my university years. That was because I still had exams to write, and my contacts for rides had no more exams. And, they didn't want to wait for me.
THE NERVE!
Each time, it was North Bay to Toronto to London. I remember one time I had to take the plane back up. Of course, it went London to Toronto to North Bay.
