Well over 100 times. Between 1995 and 2019, I don't think there was any year when I flew fewer than 20 times. I have a spreadsheet where I keep track of all the flights I take. I will update this post after I can look up my spreadsheet.

That’s 1146 trips since 1995. That’s NOT counting each leg of a trip separately; if it took two connections (three flights) to get from my point of departure to my final destination, that counts as one trip for me.
