Taking a gander at Christopher Lloyd horror films, it would look to be I Am Not a Serial Killer. If I'm right, Gallons can go because I wouldn't have got it without his guess.

Very strange film that doesn't something different than you'd think and takes a surprising turn, and has a dirty, retro 16mm look.
